 TEMPE is home of Arizona State University, Tempe Town
 Lake and the eclectic Mill Avenue District. With a long history in the
 Phoenix Metropolitan area, This college town has found a way to
 preserve its heritage, while allowing a modern way of life come to
 town.

 Along with the many courses, programs, lectures and events that
 ASU hosts throughout the year, Tempe has attracted many big
 companies through the years such as Insight Enterprises, First
 Solar and of course, is the site of US Airways’ corporate
 headquarters. A multitude of high-tech firms bring people from far
 and near. Tempe Center for the Arts provides studio and theatre
 facilities, and hosts a number of exhibits and events on an ongoing
 basis.  The Fall Festival of the Arts is an annual event, bringing live
 entertainment and exhibits to the streets. Dining, bars and retail are
 found along Mill Avenue and Arizona Mills. The newly constructed
 light rail makes it easy for residents to commute to Downtown
 Phoenix or catch a flight at nearby Phoenix Sky Harbor
 International.

 Tempe attracts students and visitors alike for its sunny weather,
 and Tempe just seems to promote a healthy lifestyle. Golf courses,
 dog parks, and Tempe Town Lake with water activities and trails,
 are some of the many places residents get out to enjoy the warm
 sunshine. Kiwanis Park has a 54,000 square foot complex
 complete with tennis center, indoor wave pool, batting range and
 gymnasium. Spring brings Spring Training to Tempe at Diablo
 Stadium, where the Los Angeles Angels step up to bat.

 In addition to diverse options for student living, Tempe has housing
 that ranges from high-rise condos to historic homes to horse
