Michael
Berry Michael Berry is an Arizona native, so has had the opportunity to see the
immense growth of the Phoenix metropolitan area and watched it become the great
city it is. Michael has been in real estate sales for four years, but has been
fully immersed in the local housing market since 1977, working for some of the
top homebuilders in the country such as Pulte and UDC. He has held positions
from Construction Superintendent to Vice President, which has given him an
in-depth knowledge of a vast amount of different local neighborhoods. This past
experience has given him a wealth of proficiency of building practices, so he
is better equipped to educate his clients.
He says, “I love people and love to work with them towards a common goal
of their dream home. I also enjoy helping distressed sellers to resolve their
individual situation with a win-win result.” He goes on to say, “With our
market in distress, being able to solve situations quickly and accurately is a
must.” He feels problem solving is one of his specialties. Along with extensive
training within customer service, contract negotiation and processes and
procedures, Michael has received a number of certifications. He is a member of

participated several times in the "Project Playhouse" program
sponsored by the Arizona Association of Home Builders to raise funds to build
and provide operating funds for a rescue shelter for Abused women and their
children. He loves camping, hunting, golfing and aviation. Spending time with
family is always a priority. He is happily married to his wife Andrea, of 32
years, and they have two daughters Amanda and Amy. He’s also a big fan of
NASCAR, MLB (Diamondbacks), and the NFL.
Deanna Bone Recently, Deanna Bone was appointed the Vice President of
Sales for American AllStar Realty. Starting in real estate in the 1990s with
Continental Homes and entering resale in 2003, she set out to “create a
business based on core values and excellence as a minimum standard.” In a few
short years, with her hard work and perseverance, Deanna had developed a
successful business of satisfied referrals. With her experience and
professionalism, Deanna can not only successfully manage the entire process of
any real estate transaction, big or small, but she brings an in-depth
understanding of how best to provide affiliates with the solutions they need. She has a commitment to community and is a

Patricia Bradley Patricia Bradley, born in Bronx
New York, is an almost native of Arizona,
having moved here 35 years ago. After
receiving a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from ASU and working in the private
sector, she realized that having her own business was potentially more
satisfying. Taking advantage of the hot Arizona
sun’s merciless pursuit of cracking windshields, she became co-founder and CFO
of an auto-glass repair and replacement business in the valley for 13 years. Having
been bitten by the Realtor bug, Patricia became licensed in Real Estate in 2005. She has worked enthusiastically with, and has
become passionate about helping buyers achieve their goals in this challenging
market of becoming homeowners. The
satisfaction of partnering with first-time homebuyers is especially rewarding
when they get their keys and move into they’re new home! A member of the National Association of

Tracy
Coleman
Tracy Coleman is originally from Rapid City, South Dakota. Before joining
American AllStar Realty, Tracy began her career working two years of commercial property management,
and then found her way to new home sales where she thrived for five years. She
is currently a multi- million dollar producer in resale homes, and feels she possesses the ability to “relate to her clients and provide amazing customer
service.”
Tracy holds a personal commitment to
her children’s participation in sports, describing her family as being big fans
of all sports of the Arizona State Sun Devils. She also gives her time as a small group coordinator for
her church, helping organize a wealth of service and mission needs.
Linda Dishong  Linda Dishong was born and raised in Arizona
and began her career in real estate in 1989, gaining extensive experience
working as a HUD specialist and new home sales. With her experience and a
degree in marketing, she is focused on bringing superior service,
professionalism and trust to every transaction. She prides herself on being
friendly and dependable, communicating with her clients every step of the
process in order to “overcome challenges of the industry to make the clients’
dream a reality.” Linda is a member of

Jeff Franklin Jeff Franklin was had been teaching
Science for 14 years, when he read the book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad." He
became inspired and became an investor. He had aspirations of getting his
license and eventually did. He's been working in real estate for seven years,
enjoying the attention to detail it requires and providing exceptional service,
which he believes is the only way to succeed in this industry. Jeff is a member
of the National Association of Realtors, as well as the South East Valley
Regional Association of Realtors. Jeff knows from having a teaching background,
that being a proactive parent will help "produce children who are more
successful and well-adjusted." He stays active and Jeff and his family
volunteer their time with their church, where he serves as a men's group
leader. His wife has been an educator for 19 years, and his son is an honor
student and plays baseball.
Dawnell Gebhardt After meeting someone who became her real
estate mentor who convinced her to give the field a try, Dawnell Gebhardt has
been working in real estate in different aspects for 8 1/2 years. She worked in
Texas in resale for three years,
new home sales in Arizona for 2
1/2 years and another 3 years in resale here in Arizona.
Dawnell enjoys the buyers side of this business and is working towards her ABR.
She realizes buying a home can sometimes be complicated and appreciates the

and with first time buyers requires a lot of follow-up and is very detail

found building things. Dawnell and her
husband have a 1-year old puppy named Echo and they enjoy spending time with their three nieces and two nephews.
Lionel Gomez Lionel Gomez was born in Northern
Arizona, but has lived in areas such as Alberta,
Canada, Warm
Springs, Oregon and Salem
Massachusettes. Liking the idea that in real estate you can earn income while
at the same time helping people realize their dream of becoming home owners, he
feels good about helping a person find «the one» - that house that has
everything they are looking for. Lionel has found the place he should be in
real estate. He also appreciates the independence and flexibility of a career
in real estate. Lionel really likes to participate in out of state sales,

Goodrich
Robert “Bob” Goodrich is a 33-year veteran of the ever-changing landscape of the real estate industry. Bob is armed with

Jennifer Hasel Jennifer Hasel began her career six years ago

Mary Hill-Connor This Irish girl has been
working in real estate for seven years and loving every minute of it. Before
that, she was a registered nurse for 30 years who knew her next career would
find her working with first-time home buyers finding their dream home. This is
where she thrives, finding real fulfillment in watching people reach their goal
of moving into a new home. In her second year, Mary was sharing her passion,
already serving as a mentor to new agents. Outside of work, Mary stays busy
promoting her heritage, by bringing her love of live performances of Irish
music to the Phoenix

Foundation, as well as a member of the Phoenix

Audrey
Johnson Audrey Johnson is from Georgia originally and has been working in
real estate for seven months, after a friend asked her to join her in making
the career move. She attended Tuskegee University for Electrical Engineering, which
she used to become an engineer for an airline contractor and had the
opportunity to travel many foreign nations. She is a former franchise owner and
even a former rocket scientist. She has a background that equips her with the
knowledge and skills to face any situation with a calm and detail-oriented
demeanor. When not working to bring a smile to the faces of her clients by
making their real estate experience a positive one, she is a fast pitch mom,
loves to snorkel, a vegan and married with two daughters.
Nina
Johnson
An Arizona native, Nina Johnson comes from a family of homebuilders, so real estate
has always been in her life. She has spent the last 8 years working with
homebuyers and sellers, but finds her passion assisting first time homebuyers
acquire their first home. She has seen the many cycles the market has taken,
and always holds the belief that buying a home is an investment in one’s
future.
When not busy maximizing her
clients’ return on their investment, Nina is busy training for marathons or
spending time with her husband and two little girls who she says are truly her
“motivation to succeed in life.” She says life so far has been a tremendous
journey and she looks forward to see what waits around the corner.
Susan
Kessler
Susan Kessler has been in the Valley of the Sun since 1957. Having been licensed since 2002, Susan also has earned a GRI (Graduate, Realtor
Institute) certification, CNE and CSSN certifications (Certified Negotiation
Expert), along with becoming a Certified Short Sale Negotiator. She
consistently lists and sells homes, which include several short sales. Priding herself on being
“exceptionally responsive to my clients needs and requests,” Susan works to
connect sellers to buyers in order to get clients into the home they are
looking for. She is happy to be part of this team as a full-time realtor where
she grants great customer service with attention to detail.
When she’s not working, she spends
time with her talented husband, who is a nationally known professional artist.
They are pleased to have three adult children, two of which live here in the
Valley, and one who lives in New York. Susan is a true
word-lover, who plays the game Scrabble competitively.
Eloisa
Kranicz Eloisa Kranicz is originally from Mexico,
having moved here in 1976. She found an interest in real estate while buying
and selling a couple of her own properties, and saw the need for buyers and
sellers to have good representation. She has a strong belief in educating her
clients from start to finish, so they have a thorough understanding of the
process and therefore, make informed decisions. Eloisa has the ability to connect with her clients, and says her
favorite part of working in real estate is the “sense of accomplishment and
excitement” she sees in their faces when she delivers the keys to their new
home. Making the home buying experience a memorable one is something she
strives for. Eloisa is a graduate of
the Pinnacle School of Real Estate and she is planning on pursuing her ABR

Olivas
Raised in Illinois, Deanne Olivas has worked in real estate
for seven years after leaving the corporate world in order to work more closely with people. She says her specialty lies in working with active adults who are
looking for a home within adult communities.
With her pleasant demeanor, Deanne stays busy with clients looking for a partnership during their transaction. Additionally, her ePro designation and
online presence are important tools where Internet exposure is crucial to successfully selling a home.
Having an agent like Deanne, who has

Karina Ortega Recently

Phelps has lived in Arizona for most of her life. A graduate of Arizona State University and then going on to earn her JD law degree at

Sanjay Shukla Born in Bombay, India, Sanjay Shukla graduated from the University of Michigan with a Master’s in Electrical
Engineering. He knows finds himself meeting with people to help them find their

carried out professionally, efficiently and stress-free. Outside of working real estate, Sanjay enjoys
