 AHWATUKEE, known as one of the more desirable
 areas of the metropolitan area, is one of the 15 "villages" located
 within Phoenix. Through the years Ahwatukee has developed into
 multiple communities such as Mountain Park Ranch, Lakewood,
 The Foothills, and Club West. These developments provide
